When you walk in the midst of ruins you start spotting objects. demolished buildings are all around Mohammed al-Shenbari. Mostly as a result of Israel bombing occupied Palestine. Muhammed's job is bodybuilding but his passion is art. He grew up in a simple household in the city of Beit Hanun in the occupied Gaza Strip That is where he works as a trainer. Life around him is not balanced. Israel has buildings and the occupied Gaza has bombed-out buildings. Jews can get building permits Palestinians cannot. Jews can travel freely, Palestinians cannot. This is where his artist's eyes started wandering. He loves to find balance by balancing objects found in the bombed-out buildings. And Whenever Israel is not blocking the internet, Muhammed watches artists on the internet. He improved his talent by watching youtube videos. When he cannot get out, he uses his home objects for his art. The home furniture, glass bottles, wood, and appliances, and his television set, all are the object which he can use for his art. Mohammed is married and has one child He wishes that his child will grow up free. And when the Israeli blockade of Gaza ends, his son might be able to get real art supplies Instead of using the rubble of Gaza's bombed-out houses! One day. Insha Allah
