White House Says Putin Being Misled BY Advisers On Ukraine

Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has promised to fight for “every meter” of Ukrainian territory.
More than 4 million people have fled the country amid Russia’s offensive, U.N. figures show.
Peace talks between Moscow and Kyiv are set to resume online on Friday.
