Fostering youth innovation at the science festival
Parallel to the Dubai event, the VI Science and Atom Festival in Tashkent drew attention to Uzbekistan’s focus on fostering youth innovation in science and technology.
The four-day event brought young minds together with industry leaders in various educational institutions and the Atomic Technology Information Center.
The festival, which included seminars, demonstrations, and screenings, focused on atomic science and robotics.
It was held at venues such as the National Research Nuclear University MIFI and the Tashkent State Technical University, where Oliver Stone’s documentary Atom was screened, shedding light on the societal impact of atomic science.
