US documentary maker slams global inaction over Israeli attacks on Palestine
American documentary producer Leyla al-Arian, renowned for her work on the struggles of Palestinians, has criticized the international community’s inaction over Israeli brutality in Gaza.
The executive producer of the documentary “Night Won’t End – Biden’s War on Gaza,” voiced frustration in an interview with Anadolu news.
She said her film’s aim is to pressure Israel into halting its attacks.
Backed by forensic analysis, it seeks to reveal the devastating impact of Israeli military actions and calls for international accountability.
Al-Arian condemned the U.S. for its role in Israel’s war on Gaza, citing the use of American-made bombs in the deadly August 10 airstrike on a school, as well as recent approval of $20 billion in arms sales to Israel.
She stressed the significant impact of U.S. support and weapon transfers on the conflict.
Al-Alrian also praised the bravery and commitment of journalists in Gaza, who continue to document the war despite the dire conditions.
