A judge has temporarily blocked President Donald Trump’s plan to freeze federal aid.
District Judge Loren AliKhan ordered the Trump administration not to block funding for ongoing programs until Monday at a hearing in Washington, according to media reports.
A memo from the White House budget office, which called for a spending freeze on federal assistance, has created widespread confusion across the government.
