Digital platform sets new benchmark in public service accessibility and innovation
ANKARA, Türkiye (MNTV) – Türkiye’s e-Government Gateway has reached an all-time high in user satisfaction, with 95.81% of users expressing approval, according to a recent survey conducted by the Presidency’s Digital Transformation Office.

The survey, which collected responses from 1 million users, highlights the increasing trust and reliance on the e-Government Gateway, reflecting its ability to deliver secure, efficient, and user-friendly digital services.
Launched on December 18, 2008, the e-Government Gateway has evolved into a cornerstone of Türkiye’s digital transformation, providing citizens seamless access to a wide array of government services.
The platform currently hosts 8,361 digital services from 1,086 institutions, making it one of the most comprehensive digital governance systems globally.
With over 67 million registered users, the Gateway has processed an astonishing 21 billion logins, showcasing its pivotal role in everyday interactions between the government and the public.
While internet-based logins remain the primary mode of access, a significant portion of users now engage via mobile devices, demonstrating the platform’s adaptability to changing technological trends.
The 2024 user satisfaction survey marks the highest approval rating since 2020, surpassing the 94.8% satisfaction rate recorded in 2023.
This increase reflects the platform’s consistent efforts in enhancing digital accessibility, security, and service efficiency.
