Anadolu Isuzu’s BIG.e, a zero-emission vehicle, enters mass production to revolutionize last-mile transport

ANKARA, Türkiye (MNTV) – After introducing its first fully electric car, Togg, Türkiye has now rolled out another game-changing innovation in urban mobility.

Leading automotive manufacturer Anadolu Isuzu has launched the BIG.e, a zero-emission electric vehicle designed for efficient last-mile transport across various sectors.

From municipalities and public services to e-commerce, logistics hubs, university campuses, and industrial zones, BIG.e offers an eco-friendly, cost-effective alternative for modern transportation needs.

Developed under Anadolu Isuzu’s AOS (Anadolu Otomotiv Sanayi) brand, BIG.e is built to meet the rising demand for compact and maneuverable electric vehicles in urban areas.

The vehicle features an interior volume of 4 cubic meters and a 1,000 kg carrying capacity, making it ideal for businesses of all sizes, from SMEs and local traders to major airports and ports.

With a user-friendly charging system, BIG.e can be plugged into a standard power outlet, just like a mobile phone, while fast-charging solutions ensure quick recharges to full capacity.

Anadolu Isuzu has commenced mass production of BIG.e at its state-of-the-art smart factory in Çayırova, marking a milestone in Türkiye’s push for domestic EV manufacturing.

Company representative Tolga Arıkan highlighted that BIG.e aligns with Anadolu Isuzu’s sustainability goals and supports the evolving needs of urban transport, particularly in the booming e-commerce and logistics sectors.

“BIG.e reflects our strong engineering expertise, design capability, and vision for innovation. It is an efficient, economical, and low-operating-cost alternative for urban transportation,” Arıkan said.
