Several thousands Palestine supporters march in Chicago

Several thousands Palestine supporters marched in Chicago for the fourth day in a row on Thursday.
“I’m here to protest the DNC (Democratic National Convention) for not taking more of an action against Israel,” said Gnat Quartz, a protester.
Rachel Prince, another protester, said she participated in the protest “because I want the bombs to stop. I want peace for all people. And I want the genocide in Gaza to end immediately. And I want Kamala Harris to hear us . . . . If she declares a cease-fire, a permanent cease-fire, she will 100% have my vote and my full support.”
Gnat Quartz said he was there to “protest the DNC for not taking more of an action against Israel and for allowing this genocide to continue for 322 days.”
He further said the only way “I’m voting for her is if she calls for an arms embargo on Israel and she pressures Joe Biden to call for an arms embargo as well.”
