RIYADH, Saudi Arabia (MNTV) – The Saudi Media Academy, headquartered in Mohammed Bin Salman Nonprofit City (Misk City), has launched its first slate of training courses and programs for 2025, reinforcing its commitment to advancing media expertise and professional development in the Kingdom.
One of the highlights is the introduction of an accredited media planning course developed in collaboration with ESCP Business School.
This in-person program provides participants with in-depth training on media strategy, integrating cutting-edge tools like artificial intelligence to foster innovation in campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis.
Additionally, the academy unveiled a specialized program designed to prepare athletes for effective media interaction, equipping them with the skills to confidently engage with audiences and the press.
This latest development builds on the academy’s recent achievements, including the graduation of its first cohort of electronic media specialists last December.
It also follows a key milestone in November when Misk City signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Saudi Media Academy during the Misk Global Forum.
The MoU further established the academy’s role in shaping Saudi Arabia’s media landscape.
Looking ahead, the academy is set to roll out a new course on mastering negotiation and influence, accredited by the University of Massachusetts.
The course, scheduled to begin later this month, aims to provide participants with the tools to navigate complex negotiations with professionalism and confidence.
As the official training arm of the Ministry of Media, the Saudi Media Academy plays a vital role in aligning media training initiatives with the ambitious objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
Spearheaded by Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman, Vision 2030 seeks to position Saudi Arabia as a global leader in innovation, research, and professional development.
By offering internationally accredited, forward-thinking programs, the academy contributes to building a robust and modern media ecosystem that meets global standards.
These initiatives underscore Saudi Arabia’s ongoing efforts to cultivate world-class talent and enhance the media sector’s contributions to the Kingdom’s economic diversification and cultural evolution.
