Mosque turns into stable under Armenia’s occupation in Karabakh’s Shusha
KARABAKH, Azerbaijan – Azerbaijan Interior Ministry on Monday shared footage of an 17th century mosque desecrated under Armenian occupation.
After local anti-terrorism measures carried out in the Karabakh region of Azerbaijan, during an inspection of the territories, further facts of desecration of mosques by Armenian forces have been revealed said a Ministry of Internal Affairs of Azerbaijan statement.
The minaret of the Malibayli mosque was blown up by the Armenian armed forces back in 1992; its ceiling was set on fire in several places and became unusable the statement added.
