MINNESOTA ATTORNEY GENERAL KEITH ELLISON WINS SECOND TERM
Minnesota’s attorney general race between Democratic incumbent Keith Ellison and Republican challenger Jim Schultz is still running tight.
The results may not be known until late Wednesday.
Keith Ellison became the first Muslim congressman, chair of the Progressive caucus and Vice Chair of the Democratic Party.
He left his safe congressional seat to run for the Attorney General position and won.
Schultz, a Republican newcomer to politics, ran his campaign by blaming Ellison for rising crime.
