Israeli Police Attack Palestinians As Ramadan Begins
Israeli police attacked Palestinians outside the Old City in east Jerusalem late Sunday leaving a dozen people wounded, sources said.
Palestinians congregated there after nightly prayers for the second night of the month of Ramadan, which began on Saturday.
The Palestinian Red Crescent said 11 people were wounded in clashes.
