Israeli army kills Palestinian, injures 3 in West Bank
JENIN CITY, Palestine (AA) – The Israeli army killed a Palestinian and injured three others late Wednesday in the occupied West Bank, according to the Palestinian Health Ministry.
The agency said Belal Kab’ha, 24, came to the hospital in critical condition after being shot with live bullets. It said three others also were injured by Israeli forces that raided Ya’bad near Jenin.
Witnesses told Anadolu Agency that Israeli forces went to the town with 30 armed vehicles and a military bulldozer.
They added that the army surrounded the house of Diaa Hamarsheh who carried out a shooting attack against Israelis in Beni Barak in central Israel, that killed five Israelis on March 29.
Israeli forces carry out raids and incursions almost daily in Palestinian areas under the pretext of searching for wanted Palestinians, during which forces clash with Palestinians.
Amnesty International recently declared Israel guilty of the crime of apartheid against Palestinians.
