Health ministry in Gaza says war deaths hit 7,703

The health ministry in Gaza said Saturday that Israel has killed at least 7,703 people since October 7.
More than 3,500 children were among the dead, the ministry added.
The Israeli attacks have caused the highest number of fatalities in Gaza since 2005.
