Half of Gen Z voters say they’ve lied about their votes
Approximately 48 percent of Generation Z voters say they have lied to those they are close to about which candidates received their votes.
That’s according to a new Axios Vibes survey by The Harris Poll.
The Gen Z figure is more than double the 23% of registered voters across all age groups that said they previously did the same.
The survey was conducted Oct. 22 to 24, a few weeks out from Election Day.
The 2024 general election brings multiple key Senate and House races, as well as a heated competition for the presidency between Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris and Republican Donald Trump.
