Gaza ceasefire allows Palestinians to return, but destruction awaits them
Displaced Palestinians returning to their homes after a ceasefire are confronting widespread destruction caused by Israel’s months-long genocide in Gaza.
Following the agreement between Israel and Hamas, Palestinians continue to return to their homes in the Jabaliyya area in northern Gaza.
They face heavy destruction and debris caused by Israel’s attacks on homes, mosques, schools, and other vital infrastructure.
