Gaza aid fund supported by Kamala Harris’ stepdaughter raises over $11M for children
NEW YORK (AA) – Funds raised for the Palestinian Children’s Relief Fund (PCRF), a cause supported by Ella Emhoff, the stepdaughter of US Vice President Kamala Harris, have surpassed $11 million.
Ella Emhoff, the daughter of Kerstin Emhoff, the first wife of Harris’s husband Doug Emhoff, openly endorsed and shared on her social media account a campaign organized for Palestinian children.
The campaign has raised $11,047,000 so far.
The 24-year-old model, who included a link to the PCRF charity organization in her Instagram profile, drew attention to the children who lost their lives or were injured in severe attacks on Gaza by the Israeli army since October 7.
The organization, which initially announced an aid goal of $10 million for Gazan children, increased the target to $20 million.
Including Ella Emhoff, a total of 360,483 people have donated to the campaign.
The amount donated by Emhoff has not been disclosed.
