Far-Right Candidate Zemmour Wants Ban On Kebab Shops
“I don’t want kebabs in every village in France,” far-right presidential candidate Eric Zemmour told supporters at a recent rally in Cannes.
His speech focused on his core issues of crime, Islam, and immigration.
Zemmour is an Algerian Jewish immigrant himself.
With his Islamophobic messages Zemmour is chipping away supporters from another far-right politican Marine Le Pen.
Former Le Pen ally and confidant Gilbert Collard formally announced Saturday he was joining Zemmour’s team.
The current French government of President Emmanuel Macron shut down 76 mosques in 2021.
