ExxonMobil CEO says it will not hire students from Free Palestine protests
Oil company ExxonMobil has said that it will not hire students taking part in Free-Palestine protests across US colleges.
CEO Darren Woods said they would not be interested in recruiting students from the campuses where protests are taking place.
Similarly, entrepreneur Kevin O’Leary has warned of AI’s capability to identify protesters, potentially impacting their future job prospects.
The students’ movement which has spread to 130 campuses was sparked by Israel’s war on Gaza.
Israel stands accused of genocide at the International Court of Justice.
An interim ruling in January ordered Tel Aviv to stop genocidal acts and take measures to guarantee humanitarian assistance is provided to civilians in Gaza.
