Biden claims he has done most for Palestinians
President Joe Biden claims he has done “more for the Palestinian community than anybody else.”
His remarks came after a report by the Lancet said that the actual death toll in Gaza may be higher than 186,000 Palestinians.
Biden defended his actions, citing efforts to facilitate humanitarian aid.
The US, meanwhile, has decided to dismantle the temporary pier it built in Gaza after operating for less than 25 days.
Critics call the pier a $230 million boondoggle that failed to stem a looming famine in Gaza.
