Biden admits US weapons used to kill Palestinian civilians in Gaza
President Joe Biden has acknowledged for the first time that American weapons supplied to Israel have been used to kill civilians in Gaza.
In an exclusive interview with CNN on Wednesday, Biden revealed that US-made bombs were used by Israel in civilian areas, prompting him to halt the shipment of certain weapons.
The US has already paused a shipment of high-payload munitions due to Israel’s possible operations in Rafah without a plan for civilians’ safety there.
