Hamas spokesman Hazem Qassem accuses Israel of preventing aid, including tents and rubble-clearing equipment, despite the ceasefire.
He has urged mediators to intervene.
Trucks carrying aid are entering Gaza through the Rafah border crossing.
The ceasefire, in place since Jan. 19, paused Israel’s genocide in Gaza, which has killed more than 47,300 Palestinians, mostly women and children, since Oct. 7, 2023
More than 111,400 have been injured, and 11,000 are missing.
The International Criminal Court last year issued arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant over war crimes in Gaza.
