Kuwaiti Walkout From Bahraini Event Over Israel’s Attendance
A Kuwaiti delegation walked out from a conference in Bahrain over the participation of Israel’s Tel Aviv University.
The Kuwait-based Youths For Jerusalem League said on Twitter a delegation representing Kuwaiti universities withdrew from a lecture due to the Israeli delegation’s participation.
Bahrain, the United Arab Emirates, Sudan, and Morocco signed U.S.-sponsored agreements to normalize relations with Israel in 2020.
