7 civilians killed, 24 injured in Russian attack on Kharkiv governorate: Governor
At least seven civilians were killed and 24 others injured, including one child, in a Russian attack on the Kharkiv governorate, its governor said Tuesday.
The Russian army destroyed civilians and civilian infrastructure, Oleh Synyehubov said on his Telegram channel.
Synyehubov said Russian forces fired missiles at residences, hospitals and a university in Kharkiv during the day — a move he described as war crimes.
He also said that an apartment on Novo-Bavarskiy Street was completely destroyed by bombs from Russian planes and many were trapped under the rubble.
