Hindu Militia Attacks Muslims And Police In Karnataka Town
The Indian state where Muslim girls with hijab are being banned from entering schools has now turned violent against Muslims.
On Sunday at least 20 people were injured and around 50 vehicles torched during a funeral procession.
A Hindu extremist, who police say, was an active Bajrang Dal militia member involved in attacks targeting Muslims in the area.
Journalist C J Werleman, a correspondent for Byline Times tweeted that the man was a “terrorist” who killed many in Tripura.
the US government identified Bajrang Dal as a youthwing of a “militant religious outfit.”
The home minister responsible for the hijab ban attended the funeral of the Hindu militiaman.
Indian media also reports that the deceased had 5 police cases against him.
The RSS militia called Bajrang Dal then organized more attacks on Muslim owned homes, businessesm and vehicles.
They also set fire to a police cars.
