Three right-wing extremists in Sheffield planned terrorist attacks on mosques and synagogues
SHEFFIELD, UK (MNTV) — Three men accused of preparing terrorist attacks on mosques and synagogues were arrested after undercover officers infiltrated their extremist group, a Sheffield Crown Court jury was told.
Christopher Ringrose (34), Marco Pitzettu (25), and Brogan Stewart (25) are facing charges of preparing acts of terrorism, including acquiring firearms, explosives, and bladed weapons, as reported by UK-based news outlet Rayo.
The trio, who regarded themselves as National Socialists, believed a race war between white and non-white races was imminent.
The group, called Einsatz 14, was reportedly in the process of manufacturing a 3D-printed semi-automatic firearm and gathering other equipment, such as riot shields, body armor, and gas masks.
They had also expressed admiration for Adolf Hitler and white supremacy ideologies.
Authorities intervened after identifying potential targets for the planned attacks.
The defendants deny the charges and continue to stand trial.
