Oman unveils 2025 global tourism promotion campaign in Berlin
Campaign expands Oman’s presence in key international markets to boost tourism growth
MUSCAT, Oman (MNTV) — Oman has unveiled its 2025 global tourism promotion campaign at the International Tourism Bourse (ITB) Berlin, reinforcing Oman’s position as a leading travel destination.
The Ministry of Heritage and Tourism (MHT) leads the initiative.
As part of the initiative, Oman will open new tourism offices in China, Russia, Spain, Latin America, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Thailand.
These offices will promote Oman’s rich culture, heritage, and world-class tourism offerings.
MHT also plans to sign agreements with over 80 international tourism companies to launch joint campaigns across Europe, Asia, and the Gulf region, aiming to increase visitor numbers and boost hotel occupancy rates.
Promotional efforts will include advertisements in public transport systems, shopping malls, and high-traffic areas, along with more than 50 media campaigns with global outlets.
The ministry will also organize over 100 familiarization trips for international tourism companies and media representatives.
By expanding its digital marketing efforts and collaborating with airlines, Oman seeks to attract tourists from diverse markets and ensure sustainable growth in the sector.
