Israel arrests 100 more Palestinians in West Bank: NGO
RAMALLAH, Palestine (AA) – Israel arrested more than 100 Palestinians in the West Bank, which took the total number of Palestinians arrested since October 7 to 1,050, the Palestinian Prisoner’s Society said on Saturday.
“The occupation forces arrested over 100 Palestinians from the cities and towns of the West Bank, including East Jerusalem,” Amani Sarhana, a spokesperson for the society shared, adding: “Leaders of Hamas were among the detainees.”
It said that the arrest campaign covered all cities of the West Bank.
Meanwhile, witnesses reported that the Israeli army launched an arrest campaign in the town of Aroura, north of Ramallah, and turned the house of Saleh Al-Arouri, a Palestinian resistance activist, “into a military site.”
