Bahrain to hold parliamentary elections on Nov. 12
MANAMA, Bahrain (AA) – Parliamentary elections in Bahrain will be held on November 12, according to a royal order issued by King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.
The Council of Representatives for which elections are to be held comprises 40 members.
The order also said a second round of elections will take place on November 19 if required.
Bahraini citizens who want to run in the upcoming elections for parliamentary seats will be able to submit their applications on October 5-9, it said.
