Turkiye kills 10 PKK fighters in northern Syria
ANKARA (AA) – Turkish security forces killed 10 PKK fighters in northern Syria, the National Defense Ministry said on Tuesday.
They were targeted in the areas of Operations Peace Spring, Euphrates Shield and Olive Branch, Turkiye’s cross-border offensives, the ministry said on Twitter.
Since 2016, Ankara has launched a trio of operations across its border in northern Syria: Euphrates Shield (2016), Olive Branch (2018) and Peace Spring (2019).
