Russian State TV Floats ‘Revenge Plan’ Against America
Russian state television pundits have suggested exacting “revenge” on the U.S. for its support of the Ukrainian government and crippling economic sanctions.
The Daily Beast’s Julia Davis reports the linchpin of this “revenge plan” is getting former President Donald Trump reelected in 2024.
Russian political scientist Malek Dudakov recently urged the Russian government to openly help Trump through public relations stunts on his behalf.
He suggested inviting Trump, before he announces a bid for the presidency, to a “future summit in liberated Mariupol.”
Analyst Dmitry Drobnitsky also supported getting Trump back in the White House.
Drobnitsky floated the idea of having Trump pick Tulsi Gabbard as his running mate.
