US Church Group Condemns Israeli Settlers’ Seizure Of Land
The US churches are supporting the Greek Orthodox Church of the Holy City of Jerusalem, which is condemning the seizure of the Little Petra Hotel by Israeli extremists.
The hotel is located in the Christian Quarter of the Old City of Jerusalem.
Churches for Middle East Peace says it is standing in solidarity with the sacred churches of Jerusalem and condemns the hotel’s illegal capture by the Israeli extremist group Ateret Cohanim.
The group said radical extremist settler groups pose a threat to the sustainability of the Christian community in the Holy Land.
Its leaders are calling for an end to all Israeli settler violence and control.
