70% of Gaza victims are women and children, reveal officials
Seventy percent of the Palestinians killed by Israeli forces have been women and children, according to a report issued on September 5th by Gaza’s Media office
A total of 3,556 massacres have occurred, with over 40,800 dead and 10,000 still missing.
Israel’s war on Gaza has also killed nearly 1,000 medical and civil defense workers, as well as 172 journalists.
Gaza’s infrastructure has been heavily hit, with 280,000 homes destroyed, and over two million Palestinians displaced.
The humanitarian crisis has worsened as food and aid shortages escalate, with over one million Palestinians in Gaza left without rations in August.
Israel has dropped over 80,000 tons of explosives over Gaza.
Over 30 Palestinians have starved to death, according to the statement.
The data came out shortly after UN spokesman Stephane Dujarric warned that the “humanitarian situation in Gaza remains beyond catastrophic.”
